School Led After-School Clubs - Autumn Term

The after-school clubs for the Autumn term will run for 10 weeks, split into two five-week blocks. The first block is from Monday, September 22nd to Friday, October 24th, and the second is from Monday, November 3rd to Friday, December 5th.

Most clubs start at 3:25 PM and finish at 4:15 PM. Please note that children must be collected from the King George Gate at the end of each session unless they are attending CM Sports after-school care. Children will not be permitted to leave the site unaccompanied.

For safeguarding reasons, you must inform the school office as soon as possible if your child will be absent from a club. You can do this via Arbor in-app message, email or phonecall.

Outdoor clubs will be moved inside and an alternative activity will be provided in the event of bad weather.

Club Schedule and Details

• Mondays (9 weeks due to BH):

  • Board Games: All years.

  • Arts and Crafts: All years.

• Tuesdays:

  • Cross Country: All years. Children need to bring their PE kit.

  • Netball: Years 5 & 6 only. Children need to bring their PE kit.

  • Cooking: All years. This is a 5-week club with two start dates; children can only choose one. It finishes at 4:30 PM, and a named container is required weekly.

  • Fun with Frankie: Year 3 & 4 only. This is a 5-week club with two start dates; children can only choose one. Children will be working with Frankie the school dog and should be confident to do so and not have any allergies.

  • Film Club: All years

  • Drawing: Year 5 & 6 only

• Wednesdays:

  • Dance Challenge: Years 5 & 6 only. 

• Thursdays:

  • Dodgeball: Years 3 & 4. Children need to bring their PE kit.

  • Computing: Years 4, 5 & 6.

  • Young Voices: Invite only ends on 15th January

  • Choir: Year 3 & 4 only. Starts on 29th January

How to Book

• Bookings need to be made on Arbor. 
• To book, go to Activities > Clubs > "Child's name" Can be registered for these clubs 2025-2026.
• Clubs cost £20 for 10 weeks (or £10 for a 5-week club), which is equivalent to £2 per week. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm the space.
• Cooking and Fun with Frankie are limited to small groups. These will run for 5 weeks only to allow as many children to take part as possible.
• Some clubs fill up very quickly! If a club is full, you will not be able to proceed to the next stage to complete the booking.
• If a club is cancelled due to low registration, you will be notified and will receive a full refund.
