With effect from the Summer Term, Monday 13th April, we will be switching to a new catering provider, Chartwells. You can learn more about Chartwells here.

 

Ordering and Payments

There will be no change to how meals are currently ordered; children will continue to select their meal on a daily basis during morning registration. The cost will remain at £3 per meal, with payments continuing to be made via Arbor.
Please note: The new menus will be sent out after half-term once they have been finalised.

Medical Diet Information

As we transition to Chartwells, we will be adopting their robust medical diet policy. To ensure your child’s information is correctly registered on the new system, we require all parents of children with medical diets to complete a new Medical Diet Request Form

Medical Diet Request Form (If you are unable to provide a photo for the form, we can do this from school)

Medical Diet Support Form (to be completed if required, please refer to part B of request form above)

Once completed, forms should be returned to the school office as soon as possible to ensure arrangements are in place for the start of the Summer Term.

If you require a paper copy of these forms, please contact the school office and they will be sent home with your child.

The Medical Diet Process:

• Once the form is submitted, Chartwells will liaise with you directly with a relevant menu for your approval.
• Important: Chartwells can only serve specialised medical diet meals once parent-signed approval forms are received.
• Please note: Until paperwork is complete, children with medical diets will be restricted to a Jacket Potato meal (with suitable topping) and fresh fruit.

Spring Term Menus

We are able to offer meal choices for the following dietary requirements. Please contact the school office for a copy of the menu.

• Dairy Free

If you require a menu for a requirement not specified above, please contact the office to discuss your options. 

Tuck Shop

Tuck Shop will be serving snacks during morning break.  Items range in price from 30p to 50p.  Children should bring in small loose change (preferably no notes) in a small named purse or envelope.
