Y6 Science - Heart Dissection - As part of their science work this term, Year 6 children will be watching a demonstration of a heart dissection by Mr Svensen. It is likely that this will be a pig’s heart. There will be no involvement from the children other than to watch and ask questions. This will be taking place week commencing 5th October. We understand that some children may not want to or be able to take part due to religious/ethical reasons. These children will not be expected to take part but will be given Chromebooks to research the heart instead. If you would like your child to opt out of this lesson, please email the school by Friday 2nd October.
