Ordering and Payments

Children will select their meal on a daily basis during morning registration. The cost is £3 per meal, with payments to be made via Arbor.

Medical Diet Information

We require all parents of children with medical diets to complete a Medical Diet Request Form

Medical Diet Request Form (If you are unable to provide a photo for the form, we can do this from school)

Medical Diet Support Form (to be completed if required, please refer to part B of request form above)

Once completed, forms should be returned to the school office as soon as possible to ensure arrangements are put in place for your child.

Alternatively, you can send electronically via email: adminoffice@southfarnborough-jun.hants.sch.uk 

If you require a paper copy of these forms, please contact the school office and they will be sent home with your child.

The Medical Diet Process:

• Once the form is submitted, Chartwells will liaise with you directly with a relevant menu for your approval.
• Important: Chartwells can only serve specialised medical diet meals once parent-signed approval forms are received.
• Please note: Until paperwork is complete, children with medical diets will be restricted to a Jacket Potato meal (with suitable topping) and fresh fruit.

Summer Term Menus

 

Tuck Shop

Tuck Shop will be serving snacks during morning break.  Items range in price from 20p to £1.  Children should bring in small loose change (preferably no notes) in a small named purse or envelope.
