    • Parents and carers attending: Parents and Carers are very welcome to take their Year 3, 4 and 5 children around the fair. Please note that once you have collected your child/ren, they must leave the school grounds with you at the end of your visit; they cannot be returned to their classrooms. The Fair starts at 1:30pm. Please arrive from 1:15pm entering either through the park gate or the main front gate.
    • Children in year 3 and year 4 and Middle School are to be collected from their outside classroom fire doors (Middle school from the hut). Please see attached map for where your child’s class is.
    • Children in year 5, pick up will be from outside the front of school by the front office. Please give your child’s name and class to a member staff by the tables outside reception and we will bring your child down to you. Please note: if your year 5 child is part of the choir opening the fair, you will be able to collect year 5 choir members after their performance from Mrs Smith the Choir Leader from outside the Hall fire door.
    • Children in year 6 will be running their stalls. They will be dismissed at 3:25pm to go home exactly as they normally would at the end of the school day or sent to wraparound care if they attend there.
    • After school clubs and wraparound care – All school led clubs are cancelled for Tuesday 7th July due to the number of children now not attending. Wraparound care will be on as normal.
    • Please do not worry if you are unable to make it. Any children whose parents or carers cannot attend will be taken around the fair by a member of staff after 2pm so they don't miss out on any of the fun. All remaining children will be dismissed at 3:25pm to go home exactly as they normally would at 3:25pm or sent to wraparound care.
