Messages this week
Y4 and 5 Catch-up Swimming - Catch-up swimming will start for selected children w/c Monday 13th April. Please see the email sent to invited children on 24th March for more information and dates.
Summer Term After-school clubs - Clubs will start w/c 20th April. Please see attached letter for more information.
Farnborough Library Visits - During the next half term, pupils in Years 3, 4, and 5 will be visiting Farnborough Library to celebrate the National Year of Reading. Further details will be sent next term. To ensure your child can fully participate in the experience, we encourage you to register them for a free library membership before our visit. Having a personal library card will allow your child to borrow books on the day and continue using the library independently. You can register for membership and find further details regarding the service via the Hampshire County Council website here: Join the Library. Please Note: If you choose not to register for a card, your child will still participate fully in the school trip and all planned activities. However, please be aware that they will not be able to check out any physical books or materials to bring home during the visit without a valid library card.
Access the Digital Library, including e-books and audiobooks, at no additional charge.
Renew items up to five times.
Borrow up to 5 magazines for a duration of 7 days.
Borrow up to 20 books at a time for a duration of 28 days.

We are pleased to offer Year 6 pupils 4 weeks of optional "drop-in" revision sessions. These are designed to provide targeted support as they prepare for their upcoming assessments.
Subject Options: Maths, Reading, or SPAG (Spelling, Punctuation, and Grammar).
Flexibility: Children can stick to one subject or "mix 'n' match" different sessions each week based on where they need the most help
Booking: Sessions must be booked individually each week in advance via Arbor.

Collingwood Pet Services have introduced 'No Pawdianary shed', a self-serve dog treat shed on Manor Road, Farnborough opening 6th April - see flyer for details.
Crown Taverners Cricket Club have started pre-season cricket training for their juniors and are hoping to add a few more keen youngsters to their squad. If your son or daughter is interested in learning how to play cricket please contact them at juniors@crowntaverners.com for more information. They run teams from Under 8 to Under 14 and have a "girls only" side too. - See attached flyer for details
