We have a new convenient way for you to access, review and request changes to the data held on you and your children via an app called Parent Lite.
You’ll be able to access our new parent app and website at your own convenience via smartphone, tablet or PC – anytime, anywhere.
What you will find in SIMS Parent Lite:
In order to access this data, you will be sent an activation email. If you have not received one, please contact the school office.
Once you have registered, you can access the SIMS Parent website by visiting www.sims-parent.co.uk directly or downloading the free app on your iOS or android device.
You can register for parent lite via a PC, tablet or mobile phone using the steps below.
Step 1 - You will receive an email invitation similar to the one above.
Click on the green accept invitation button or alternatively click this link
Please note that your activation email is unique to you and should not be used by anyone else. If you require an additional login then please contact the school.
Your activation email will expire after 14 days if it is not used, please contact school if you require a replacement after this date.
Step 2 - Choose a sign-in method to register.
If you are unable to login via one of these methods then please contact the school office and we can provide you with a paper copy of your child's data collection sheet.
Step 3 - If you clicked on the button in the activation email then the form will be pre-
populated with your name, sign-in method and invitation code. If you used alternative link, you will need to enter this information manually. The code can be found in your activation email.
If you do not have a code, please contact the school office.
Step 4 - You will need to enter the date of birth for your child in the format xx/xx/xxxx
|Step 5 - Your account will now be created.||
Step 6 - You will now be able to view your child's/children's data sheet.
To view information held or to make changes click on your child's name.
Once registered you can inform school of changes at any time via the app.
Please note that changes can take up to 24hrs to be updated on the app. You will receive a message via the app to inform you it has been processed.
