Dear Parents / Carers
Just a few notes regarding the end of term!
Lost Property - All lost property will be displayed on tables outside the front of school at the end of the day (1.30pm) on Thursday 19th July. Any items not collected will be disposed of at the end of term. We have a lot of un-named uniform which will also be displayed and if not claimed will be donated to the PTA for their second hand uniform sales.
Asthma Pumps - all asthma pumps will be sent home with your child on Friday 20th July so that they can be checked over the Summer Holidays. Please ensure that they are returned to the office on the first day of term.
Other Medication - any other medication including adrenalin pens, antihistamines etc. that is kept for your child in the office must be collected by an adult on Friday 20th July so that they can be checked over the Summer Holidays and returned in September, if required.
Year 6 Dinner Accounts - any credit on your child's account will be sent home with your child on Friday 20th July. If a sibling is joining us in September, we will transfer any credit onto their account, unless we are advised otherwise. You will have also been notified via letter this week if your account is in arrears, please ensure that this is cleared by Friday 20th July. Again if there is a sibling joing us in September, we will transfer the debt to their account unless we are advised otherwise.
